Here’s a bit about Melissa, our founder.

Melissa Anderson is a trauma-informed facilitator, ritualist, and guide for anyone seeking deeper connection — to the Earth, to their breath, and to the ancient knowing that lives within them.

Her work weaves together years of experience in mindfulness, somatic healing, and ancestral feminine practice. With roots in both urban life and rural soil, Melissa brings a grounded, heart-centered presence that invites softness, curiosity, and radical stillness.

She believes healing happens in slowness. In nature. In togetherness.

And she’s here to hold that space for you.
